  Comfort food to the max. Amazing food, low wait times, sort of nice staff. I love the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Low prices make this place affordable and comfortable.

  I have a great day at Mission Viejo shops I have to say the end of the day I stop at panda express and I really felt not good afterwards ...
  Not fresh and I will definitely never come back here

  This location is so slow.. i was on my lunch break and wanted something quick to eat so decided to stop by to get some orange chicken.. the guy who was supposed to be taking orders from customers was turned around socializing with the cooks and was incredibly slow all I ordered was a bowl of orange chicken and fried rice with a side of cream cheese rangoons... to make things worse when I paid the girl dropped one of the rangoons and thought I didn't notice and tried to put it back in the bag with the rest of them...

  After walking around the mall, I got pretty hungry and decided to eat in the food court. Today, I was feeling like Panda Express so I decided to come here. The food quality is not as comparable to the other locations. It was okay but it seemed a little over cooked as the meat was stiff and hard. As usual I got my chow mein bowl with orange chicken.
  
  The customer service was poor. The staff was friendly but they were just rushing me through the line, I wasn't even able to ask for egg rolls or anything because they just pushed it down the line so quickly. I would understand if it was super busy but it wasn't there was only one other person in line.
  
  I also asked for a lot of soy sauce which they provide in packets and you must ask for them, and I received two. I asked for more and she just looked at me and walked away. It was a bit awkward. Again I would understand if it was super busy and they were doing a whole bunch of stuff during lunch hour... but it wasn't.
  
  At the end I wanted to refill my drink, because I specifically asked if the drink was refillable before purchasing. I was ignored for 5 minutes so I just simply walked away.
  
  Overall, the food here is usually not so bad, but it's in a food court with several options. If you are craving Panda Express come here, if not then I would suggest eating elsewhere. I wouldn't come out of my way to come to this location.

  I would like you to recognize the great job they are doing at the Panda Express at the Mission Viejo Mall.  The manager, Alex, was extremely helpful to me, along with your very amazing staff.  They recommended 1/2 vegetables and 1/2 chow mein!  Yum!   More incentives to visit your stores would be great!  Thank you.
